Job summary

Kuy Group in Indonesia seeks an Operations Manager to drive expansion and operational excellence across our outlets. You will lead the operations team to ensure outlets run efficiently, deliver consistent guest experiences, and uphold brand standards.

You will oversee cost control, performance monitoring, and the development of new outlets, ensuring projects meet budgets, timelines, and design quality. The role requires strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet industries.
• Proven experience leading an operations team.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets with structured and systematic control.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, ClickUp/Asana, and operational dashboard systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all outlets operate smoothly in accordance with company SOPs and standards.
• Lead the team in achieving outlet performance targets and executing new branch openings.
• Control operational costs, maintenance efficiency, and customer service quality.
• Oversee new outlet construction to ensure alignment with budget, timeline, and design quality.
• Build a solid monitoring and reporting system for all outlets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies.
• Develop and implement an operation excellence framework across all outlets.
