Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in Jakarta. You will consolidate sales, inventory, and POS data for management reporting, and drive P&L understanding with hands-on store support.

You’ll collaborate with stores and management, coach teams, and travel frequently to ensure consistency in service quality and execution across the network. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in an Area Manager or District Supervisor role.
• Preferably in F&B, bakery, donut, or coffee shop sectors.
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Present and consolidate operational data (Sales, Inventory, SR NSO, Variance) for management reports.
• Coordinate with stores and management to support operational activities.
• Understand and manage P&L and inventory; operate POS systems.
• Prepare reports for Head Office using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lead and coach teams with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
