Jungle Padel Ungasan in South Kuta, Bali, is seeking a Padel Club Manager to lead daily operations, staff, member engagement and business development. This full-time role focuses on service excellence, profitable growth, and building Bali’s premier padel destination.

You will oversee facilities, staff, bookings, events, and member programs while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic sports environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sports facility management or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Sound budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization experience.
• Fluency in English; additional Indonesian/Mandarin helpful.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Padel Club Manager to lead the operations and strategic development of Jungle Padel Ungasan, located in South Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a central role in ensuring the club's success, member satisfaction, and financial performance. As Padel Club Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, staff management, member engagement, and business development. This role is pivotal in establishing Jungle Padel Ungasan as a premier destination for padel enthusiasts in Bali, combining exceptional service delivery with sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the padel club, including court maintenance, facility management, and ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality
• Manage and supervise the club staff, including coaching, reception, and maintenance teams, ensuring excellent performance and customer service delivery
• Develop and implement membership packages, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to attract and retain members
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue targets and profitability goals
• Schedule court bookings, manage reservations, and optimise court utilisation to maximise revenue and member satisfaction
• Organise and coordinate padel tournaments, leagues, events, and social activities to build community engagement and enhance member experience
• Recruit, train, and manage qualified padel coaches and instructors to deliver high-quality coaching programmes
• Handle member enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service standards at all times
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations applicable to sports facilities in Bali and Indonesia
• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, tourism operators, and community organisations to support business growth and market presence
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide regular updates to ownership on club performance and strategic initiatives

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in sports facility management, club operations, or hospitality management, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of padel or racquet sports, with a genuine passion for the sport and understanding of the padel community
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Sound financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial planning, P&L management, and revenue optimisation
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development, increase membership, and implement successful marketing strategies
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Indonesian, Mandarin, or other languages is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Experience using club management software, booking systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in sports facility management
• Familiarity with the Bali market and tourism industry is advantageous
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
