Job summary

Jungle Padel Ungasan in South Kuta, Bali, is seeking a Padel Club Manager to lead daily operations, staff, member engagement and business development. This full-time role focuses on service excellence, profitable growth, and building Bali’s premier padel destination.

You will oversee facilities, staff, bookings, events, and member programs while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic sports environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sports facility management or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Sound budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization experience.
• Fluency in English; additional Indonesian/Mandarin helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the padel club and facilities.
• Lead staff including coaching, reception, and maintenance.
• Develop membership packages, pricing strategies and promotions.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to meet targets.
• Schedule court bookings and maximise revenue and member satisfaction.
• Organise tournaments, leagues, events, and community activities.
• Recruit and manage coaches, handle member inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
