Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).
• Familiarity with contracting, compliance, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs.
• Ability to lead discussions and present business reviews.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPO business review process by analyzing performance data and identifying gaps.
• Drive strategic planning for the business unit to align with company objectives.
• Coordinate initiatives proposed by the holding company with stakeholders for execution.
• Establish structured one-on-one meetings to promote communication and growth.
• Conduct regular client reviews, cover project status and performance metrics.
• Organize and lead client meetings as the primary contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide weekly updates and collaborate with Finance to align financial goals.
• Manage invoicing processes with timely client invoices.
