Job summary

Sunday Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Claims Supervisor to oversee daily motor claims operations, ensure accurate verification, assessment, and timely settlements in line with company policies and OJK regulations. You will coach and develop the Claims team to sustain service quality.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, process improvements, and cost control while negotiating with repair workshops and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Insurance, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Certification in General Insurance (AAAIK/AAIK) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of motor claims experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily motor claims operations to ensure verification, assessment, and settlement processes are compliant and timely.
Support the Manager in guiding and developing the Claims team to maintain service quality.
Conduct technical claim analysis and identify root causes of delays or discrepancies.
Negotiate with repair workshops, vendors, and assessors for quality repairs at cost-effective rates.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance and Compliance to ensure complete documentation and timely settlements.
