Job summary

Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. is seeking a Claims Senior Officer to manage and monitor daily motor claims ensuring adherence to procedures, SLAs, and policies. You will review documents, analyze losses, and guide the team to optimize settlements and processes.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of vehicle structures, negotiation skills with repair workshops, and the ability to produce regular performance reports. Experience as a senior officer or team leader is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Professional certification in General Insurance (AAAIK/AAIK) will be an high advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in motor claims, with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Officer or Team Leader.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle structures, repair processes, and repair cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Validate repair costs and negotiate with repair workshops to maintain an appropriate balance between repair quality and cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports regarding claim status, turnaround time (TAT), and operational performance.
