Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Insurance or related fields.
• Professional certification in General Insurance (AAAIK/AAIK) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in motor claims; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with knowledge of vehicle structures and cost estimation.
• Ability to lead a small team and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motor claims operations, ensuring timely verification, assessment, and settlement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Claims team to maintain service quality.
• Perform technical claim analysis and identify root causes of delays.
• Negotiate with repair workshops, vendors, and assessors for quality repairs at fair costs.
• Monitor costs and SLA compliance; collaborate with Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance, and Compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely settlement across departments.
