Job summary

ABRIHET in Surabaya seeks a motivated Microsoft 365 Senior Engineer (L2) to own Exchange Online operations, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and drive the rollout of Microsoft 365 solutions.

You will lead the implementation, configure services, and automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph, while creating comprehensive documentation and guiding end-users and admins. Strong English and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with Microsoft 365, focusing on Exchange Online.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable 365 solutions.
• Technical experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell.

We are ABRIHET and currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation based in Surabaya, East Java. Candidates will be filling the position of Microsoft 365 Senior Engineer (L2 Engineer) with details below.

Key Responsibilities :

Take ownership of Exchange Online, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Exchange Online services and features, including customization, integration, migration, and automation with Powershell and Graph.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of Microsoft 365 solutions, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

Drive technical implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.

Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, deployment guides, and user manuals, to support solution delivery and knowledge transfer.

Implement automation where applicable to streamline tasks and workflows.

Update processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage Exchange Online and provide support for Microsoft Entra ID to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Provide training, mentoring, and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to enable effective adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 services and features.

Qualifications & Requirements :

4 Years Experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite, focusing on Exchange Online but able to keep a holistic overview.

Able to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure Microsoft 365 solutions.

Technical experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and Powershell.

Experience in owning a high-impact area and awareness of the importance and possible risks associated with it.

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Quality and deadline oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business leaders, and end users.
