Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking an L2 technical support specialist to handle Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SQL Server Clustering, and Power Apps in a managed services setup.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents per SLA while coordinating with L3, vendors, and clients. Strong communication and PowerShell skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure, Cloud Support, or Managed Services.
• Master Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and Exchange Online/Exchange Server.
• Experience with SQL Server Clustering and High Availability.
• Understand Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and PowerShell skills.
• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SQL Server Clustering, and Power Apps
• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving
• Handle incidents and service requests per SLA
• Coordinate elevation to L3, vendors, or principals
• Communicate status, findings, solutions, and next actions to customers and internal teams
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations according to customer needs
• Provide recommendations for system improvement and Microsoft best practices
• Identify technical risks and develop preventive and corrective actions
• Support technical discussions and meetings with customers when needed
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting records, incident reports, and knowledge base
