Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia seeks an experienced L2 IT Support engineer to provide hands-on troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SQL Server Clustering, and Power Apps. You will investigate issues, perform configurations, and resolve incidents in line with SLA.

The role requires 2–5 years in similar functions and strong communication to coordinate with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud support, system administration, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Experience with Exchange Online and/or Exchange Server administration.
Knowledge of SQL Server Clustering, high availability, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Power Apps or Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SQL Server Clustering, and Power Apps.
Conduct technical investigations, root cause analyses, configurations, and issue resolutions.
Handle incidents and service requests per SLA.
Coordinate and escalate complex issues to L3 teams, vendors, or principals when required.
Communicate issue status, findings, resolutions, and next actions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical consultation and recommendations based on customer requirements and identified issues.
Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting reports; share knowledge with internal teams and customers.
