Job summary

ABRIHET in Surabaya seeks a motivated Microsoft 365 Senior Engineer (L2) to own Exchange Online operations, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and drive the rollout of Microsoft 365 solutions.

You will lead the implementation, configure services, and automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph, while creating comprehensive documentation and guiding end-users and admins. Strong English and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with Microsoft 365, focusing on Exchange Online.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable 365 solutions.
• Technical experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• English reading/writing/speaking at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Own Exchange Online operations and align with security standards.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and automation using PowerShell and Graph.
• Perform testing and QA to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Provide training and support to users and admins.
• Update processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage Exchange Online and support Microsoft Entra ID to ensure continuity.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and ensure effective adoption.
