Job summary

Ayana is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our luxury resort in Indonesia. You will lead the sales team, develop plans, and present to upper management to keep the company competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizenship required.
• Fluent in Mandarin with HSK 3 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years in sales role at a large luxury resort.
• Proven ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong business sense and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through calls, visits, and networking.
• Identify new leads by analyzing local market trends and competition.
• Support sales director in budgeting and strategy alignment.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and adhere to the marketing plan.
