Job summary

Ayana Bali, Bali’s largest integrated resort, is seeking a sales professional to drive new business and revenue growth through on-site visits, cold calls, and community networking. You will collaborate with the sales leadership to align with the hotel’s goals and represent the property at industry events.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in hospitality sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong negotiation, communication, and English skills.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related fields in hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
• Supports the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy.
• Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows and conferences, and adhere to the budget and marketing plan guidelines.
