Job summary

Monee is expanding its Digital Product team in Jakarta to accelerate merchant acquisition and growth across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on direct merchant app growth, onboarding improvements, and collaborative product development with Product and Marketing.

The candidate will own end-to-end merchant growth metrics, work with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that enhance merchant activation, performance, and transaction growth in a dynamic payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Direct experience growing a merchant app/platform is mandatory
• Proven experience managing short-tail merchants at scale is mandatory
• Strong product sense and understanding of the merchant journey
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in Merchant Growth, Business Development, Partnerships, or similar roles
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Drive Merchant Acquisition: onboard short-tail and mid-tail merchants and enable merchant self-onboarding for scale
• Drive Merchant Performance: monitor transactions, campaigns, promotions, and overall performance to boost growth
• Identify Growth Opportunities: use merchant insights to prioritise high-potential opportunities
• Shape Merchant Product Development: partner with Product and Marketing to translate pain points into features
• Own Growth Outcomes: take ownership of acquisition, activation, performance, and KPI improvements
