Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to build and scale merchant and payment gateway partnerships in Jakarta. You will own end-to-end onboarding, drive revenue, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to optimize partnerships and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in fintech partnerships, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a data-driven mindset to translate insights into external reports and decks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development and partnerships experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Data-driven with ability to translate data into decks for external reporting.
• Strategic thinker with multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
• Fast learner, proactive, adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Motivated, target-driven team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire merchant and payment gateway partners for ShopeePay, SPayLater, and SeaBank.
• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, integration, and activation.
• Grow partnerships through marketing activities, collaboration, and reviews to drive revenue.
• Build cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance and others.
• Identify business opportunities to improve products and drive transactions while focusing on partner needs.
