Job summary

Monee is hiring an SMB Regional Account Executive to own the performance, growth, and targets of the SMB merchant portfolio across the Jakarta region. You will drive SPayLater adoption and merchant activation through scalable initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong numerical/analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams. Travel within the region will be expected as part of market execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB merchant portfolio's performance, growth, and targets in the region.
• Drive revenue and market share growth by increasing SPayLater adoption.
• Activate inactive/low-transaction merchants via scalable programs.
• Develop regional growth initiatives based on merchant performance and market opportunities.
• Improve merchant visibility through POSM and in-store branding.
• Monitor program execution and optimize initiatives.
• Segment and prioritize the merchant portfolio for high-potential outlets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
