Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Executive to expand our merchant network and drive payment solution adoption in the Cimahi region. You will acquire merchants, manage relationships, and ensure seamless integration of our payment platform through field visits and collaboration with sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in payments or related sectors, deep knowledge of QRIS/EDC/POS systems, and a robust local network to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in payment/fintech/FMCG/banking sectors focusing on merchant acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems to facilitate merchant transactions.
• Proven track record in acquiring merchants in the local market to drive growth.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
• Extensive merchant network and database to boost acquisition efforts.
• Ability to build and maintain strong merchant relationships with high satisfaction.
• Hardworking with high dedication to meeting company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales and operations to integrate payment solutions for merchants.
