Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support on-site servicing of radiology and imaging equipment across Indonesia. You will troubleshoot complex systems, maintain modality-specific models, and ensure high customer satisfaction through service excellence.

The role involves daily interactions with clinicians and engineers, traveling across Indonesia to support installations, maintenance, and warranty activities. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Computer/IT/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years field service experience in healthcare or equivalent.
• Experience handling technical queries for Radiology/Imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain models in the assigned modality.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-symptom problems (electronic/mechanical/electrical/IT).
• Interact with doctors, radiographers and biomedical engineers to resolve equipment issues.
• Assist in account sales visits and training; identify opportunities.
