Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to meet daily service repair needs for customer equipment and enhance satisfaction through service excellence. You will be responsible for on-site maintenance, preventive and remedial work, and refurbishments across Indonesia.

You will troubleshoot radiology and imaging systems, collaborate with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers, and support continuous business growth through efficient service delivery and strong customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains all models for modality in assigned area.
• Troubleshoots complex radiology/equipment issues (Electronic/Mechanical/IT).
• Interfaces with clinicians, radiographers and engineers to resolve status issues.
• Supports account sales visits; assists training and identifies opportunities.
• Manages warranty, installation and PMS contracts cost control.
• Completes all administration tasks on time and documents inspections.
