Job summary

Dwigrahamedical is seeking an Electromedical Technician to join our field service team in Jakarta Timur & Bekasi. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test electromedical devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability at customer sites.

You will also perform preventive maintenance and calibration, install equipment, and provide technical training to customers. Travel to sites is required; strong electronics knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in EM Engineering or biomedical field required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years preferred.
• STR Elektromedis registration mandatory.
• Know calibration procedures and electronics basics.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test electromedical devices to restore performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration per schedule.
• Install devices at customer sites and perform functional testing.
• Provide technical training and support to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records.
• Develop and update work instructions for device operation and repair.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to support technical service needs.
