Job summary

Elekta AB is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist in Indonesia to deliver professional support for Elekta product families. You will assist customers, distributors, and business units with product issues, troubleshoot in live clinical environments, and document all activities to ensure rapid, accurate resolutions.

Excellent communication in Bahasa and English, plus a strong IT background and knowledge of networking, Citrix, and VMware, will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Strong technical support skills in PC/Network Computing, IP, ports, firewalls, routers.
Experience in medical imaging, linear accelerators or radiotherapy products is desirable.
Knowledge of SQL, Citrix and networking.
Familiar with Microsoft server administration, AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Server Roles.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer support for Elekta products in Indonesia.
Support specialists assist customers, business units and distributors with product issues via phone, email, or portal.
Troubleshoot product issues in a live clinical environment and prioritize critical cases.
Document all support activities per Elekta policies and procedures.
