Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Bandung, Indonesia to meet daily service repair needs of radiology equipment and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

You will service MRI systems and other imaging modalities, perform preventive and remedial maintenance, and coordinate with doctors, biomedical engineers, and the account team to ensure on-site reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electronics, engineering or IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years field service experience in healthcare equipment.
• Experience with radiology/imaging modalities such as MRI/CT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Daily interface with doctors, radiographers & biomedical engineers on equipment status.
• Assist in account sales visits and train others when needed; identify opportunities.
• Responsible for warranty, installation and PMS cost control.
• Complete all administration tasks on time and ensure FMI and PMS inspections documentation.
