Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to provide coaching and training within the MT Akademia program, while collaborating with Academic Team to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness. The role includes conducting student and parent consultations with Student Advisors and running Homework Clinics to address learning needs.

You will also participate in CBC sessions, teach in classrooms, and build materials aligning with headquarters' curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors to support academic goals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to help address learning issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to align with educational standards.
