Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a dedicated educator to provide coaching and training, serve as a buddy for MT Akademia, and collaborate with the Academic Team to enhance teaching skills.

You will conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classrooms while building strong stakeholder relations and developing curriculum materials.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in schools or courses; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
