Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• 1 year of teaching experience at school or courses.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and educational software.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions with the regional team.
• Teach in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
