Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks dedicated educators to support MT Akademia initiatives by coaching teachers and delivering high-quality classroom instruction in sessions.

You will develop teaching materials, run CBC-style sessions, and collaborate with the Academic Team to enhance student learning outcomes, while maintaining strong relationships with BAC staff and parents where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to identify academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in Class by Class sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
