Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to coach and train MT Akademia, collaborate with Student Advisors for student pathways, and run Klinik PR sessions. You will participate in CBC meetings and teach in classrooms, serving as a positive role model and ensuring quality instruction.

The role emphasizes building relationships with BAC staff, developing materials, and fulfilling a defined session quota while supporting curriculum implementation across campuses.

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map possible academic pathways and maintain student-parents engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
