Job summary

Ruangguru for Business invites educators to join our team to coach and train students, acting as buddies for MT Akademia under the Academic Team's guidance.

You will conduct consultations with students and parents with Student Advisors, run Homework Clinics, and participate in CBC sessions to share best practices with regional colleagues. Classroom teaching will reinforce high-quality instruction and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/ujian mandiri preparation.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic issues with solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
