Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks dedicated educators to coach and train students, including acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will teach in classrooms, conduct CBC sessions with regional teams, and develop materials to support curriculum implementation.

You will consult with students and parents, guide pathways for academic achievement, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality instruction with engaging learning

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Innovative & creative teaching methods and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consultations with students or parents with Student Advisors.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions with the regional team and share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with engaging learning experiences.
• Meet a minimum number of CBC and classroom sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
