Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to provide coaching and training, becoming buddies for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will conduct consultations with students and parents with Student Advisors to map pathways and boost engagement, and run Homework Clinics to address learning gaps.

You’ll join CBC sessions, share best practices, and teach in classrooms with high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or teaching settings.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Familiarity with blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consultations with students/parents with Student Advisors.
• Lead Homework Clinics to resolve student academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
