Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to provide coaching and classroom instruction for MT Akademia under the Academic Team. You will act as a buddy to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations with students and parents alongside Student Advisors, leading Homework Clinics, and participating in CBC sessions to share best practices. You will also develop teaching materials to support the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Innovative and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consultations with students or parents alongside Student Advisors.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
