QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education is Bachelor from Apothecary, Chemical, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Min. 2 years as Product Development Management or Sales B2B in cosmetics manufacture, especially from ODM, OEM, and OBM cosmetics manufacture
• Understanding the process of product development cosmetics
• Have wide networking with cosmetics and beauty industries
• Understanding the trend of beauty industry local and global
• Have good leadership, could work independent/work under minimum supervision
• Familiar to conduct market research in cosmetics industries
• Familiar with MS. Office
• Active in English is A MUST, able to speak mandarin is a value

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct market research focused on potential clients and consumer
2. Generate innovative product ideas for cosmetics to propose to client
3. Create leads with various players in the cosmetic industry and conduct regular business meetings with clients
4. Monitoring time schedule product launch
5. Gather client requirements and information for new cosmetics products
6. Prepare all required documentations for new product development, ensuring compliment's with SOPs
7. Collaborate with various internal and external teams, including R&I, SCM & Logistics, PPIC, and Production
8. Cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing clients
9. Develop attractive and competitive OBM packages for various market segments.
10. Collaborate with the KKI internal team to design OBM promotional strategies
11. Achieve established sales target
