PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia is A Subsidiary PT. Cosmax Indonesia. Please read the qualifications below. This position will be located in Cibis Nine 18th Floor, Jl. TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.

Qulaifications:

1. Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or Related major.
2. At least 1-3 years of commercial/trade marketing experience specially in cosmetic, health supplements, pharmaceutical industries.
3. Basic understanding of promotions, retail operation, and POSM.
4. Familiar to supervise the implementation of program Trade Marketing
5. Have strong data analysis & processing skill.
6. Experience using advanced Ms. Excel (Pivot, Hlookup, VLookup, other).
7. Good communication skills.
8. Able to work with different people and with many divisions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objective.
• Develop also maintain mutually beneficial partnership with principals, distributors.
• Work with cross functional teams in identification of new business opportunities.
• Develop effective sales and marketing collaterals (sales kits, detailing aids, brochures).
• Work closely with the sales teams to drives, launch new products, area, distributor.
• Work with cross functional teams on marketing plan, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns, promotions.

Workplace: Onsite Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
