Job summary
Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs Marketing & Business Development Staff to innovate cosmetic products and develop client relationships. Located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta, the role involves coordinating with teams and achieving marketing targets.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and has at least 3 years of experience in product development within the beauty industry. Strong planning, negotiation skills, and passion for cosmetics are essential. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience as Product Development in cosmetic manufacturing or B2B pharmacies.
- Good in English, both active and written, to communicate with global clients.
- High motivation to work with a passion for cosmetics.
Responsibilities
- Produce concepts for innovative new products based on market research.
- Collect information from clients regarding their cosmetics needs.
- Prepare documents for new product development according to SOP.
- Monitor new product launching schedules.
- Maintain relations for project opportunities.
- Follow up with agencies and internal teams.
- Build and develop relationships with clients.
- Reach marketing targets.
