Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Staff Marketing & Public Relation professional to lead the marketing strategy for its cosmetics and health supplement brands. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication or Public Relations and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

This role involves digital marketing setups, social media management, and collaboration with content creators to promote brand awareness. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and good command of English, based in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiar with digital advertisements and tools related to marketing.

Staff Marketing & Public Relation (Staff Marcom & PR) is position for PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, a subsidiary PT. Cosmax Indonesia, also located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta.

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta & Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you are able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

Qualifications:

1. Min Bachelor of Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related
2. Experience 3-5 years as Staff Marketing Communication/Public Relation in online/offline cosmetics, health supplement company
3. Preferably understanding of cosmetics, health supplement products from South Korea
4. Experience to set up the digital advertisement such as Meta and on-site(platform) advertisement
5. Good knowledge to increase the number of followers of official Instagram account and Tiktok account.
6. Has experienced in collaboration with KOLs and Media
7. Good in English booth written and speaking
8. Good knowledge of cosmetics markets, competitors, market research for cosmetics, health supplement, related products
9. Have wide net working in related areas
10. Good interpersonal skill (communicative, able to negotiate, persuasive), excellent presentation skills
11. Excellent of data reporting with Ms.Excell
12. Familiar with Ms. Office, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics or others related

• Emphasize a product's benefits to increase sales through effective marketing campaigns
