Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking an Staff eCommerce specialist to drive cosmetic product sales across multiple marketplaces. You will create promotional content, manage inventory, customize storefronts, and advise on sales strategies to maintain traffic and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of eCommerce experience, strong English skills, and a solid grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and data analysis. Onsite role with collaboration across marketing and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Marketing Management.
• 3 years experience as Staff eCommerce for cosmetics.
• Familiar with B2B, B2C, C2B marketplaces and major platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns.
• Able to analyze data to recognize trends and consumer behavior.
• Good product and cycle management knowledge; independent and team capable.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional content for products to be uploaded online.
• Manage inventory across marketplace platforms.
• Customize marketplace appearance according to ongoing marketing programs.
• Provide advice on sales strategies on marketplace platforms.
• Maintain traffic and sales on each marketplace platform.
• Propose content needs for marketplaces.
• Submit requests for finished goods to production.

This position is for PT.KKI (Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia), subsidiary PT, Cosmax Indonesia which is located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Management or Marketing Management.
• Experience as Staff eCommerce especially cosmetic products for 3 years.
• Familiar with B2B, B2C, C2B eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Alibaba, Tokopedia, Bli-Bli, Shopify, Ralali, Magento, Woocommerce ,etc).
• Understand business aspects, marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
• Have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Able to analyze data to recognize trends.
• Good knowledge of product and cycle management product.
• Able to work under minimum supervision , also can work independent or in team work.
• Able to speak English is a must.
