Cosmax Indonesia seeks a Staff Design professional to develop innovative concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message. The role involves ensuring brand consistency, managing multiple design projects, and optimizing files for various outputs.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design and 2-3 years of experience in the cosmetic e-commerce sector, with strong proficiency in design software. The position requires good interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

Formación

• Min education is Bachelor (S1) of Visual Communication Design or related.
• 2-3 years experience as Design Graphic in e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative concepts that communicate the brand's message.
• Ensure brand consistency across visual and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and optimize files for print and digital output.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Conduct quality checks on all design materials.

Staff Design is for PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, a subsidiary PT. Cosmax Indonesia, located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Min education is Bachelor (S1) of Visual Communication Design. Design Graphic or related.
• Experience as Design Graphic min 2-3 years in cosmetic E-commerce company.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Corel Draw, In Design.
• Familiar with AutoCad, Solidworks.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Good interpersonal skill.

• Conduct thorough review and quality checks on all design materials to ensure accuracy and high standards.
• Pay close attention to the finer details such as color accuracy, typography, and overall visual balance.
