Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking an eCommerce Staff to manage and promote cosmetic products on various online platforms. The role requires creating promotional content, managing inventory, and advising on sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, particularly in cosmetics. Proficiency in English is essential.

• Familiar with various eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to analyze data for trend recognition.

Job description

This position is for PT.KKI (Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia), subsidiary PT, Cosmax Indonesia which is located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Business Management or Marketing Management.
2. Experience as Staff eCommerce especially cosmetic products for 3 years.
3. Familiar with B2B, B2C, C2B eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Alibaba, Tokopedia, Bli-Bli, Shopify, Ralali, Magento, Woocommerce ,etc).
4. Understand business aspects, marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
5. Have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
6. Able to analyze data to recognize trends.
7. Good knowledge of product and cycle management product.
8. Able to work under minimum supervision , also can work independent or in team work.
9. Able to speak English is a must.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create promotional content for products to be uploaded online.
• Manage inventory of items to be sold on various marketplace platforms.
• Customize the appearance of the marketplace according to the ongoing marketing program.
• Provide advice on sales strategies on marketplace platforms.
• Maintain traffic and sales on each marketplace platform.
• Propose the necessary content needs in the marketplace.
• Submit a request for finished goods to the production team.

Onsite Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
