People Search International seeks a highly organized Customer Services Coordinator to orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, from installations to support, coordinating with customers, technical teams, and logistics partners in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, 3+ years in service coordination, and proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, and Excel to maintain project records and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Telecommunications, IT, Maritime, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, operations support, project coordination, or customer service.
• Familiar with CRM, ticketing systems, Excel, and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of service installations, activations, upgrades, and support activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, technical teams, logistics partners, and global stakeholders.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely assignment, follow-up, and resolution.
• Coordinate field service schedules, equipment deployment, and technician activities.
• Maintain accurate service records, project updates, inventory, and operational documentation.
• Ensure internal departments are updated on service status, changes, and project progress.
• Support billing and administrative processes by maintaining accurate service tracking.
• Continuously improve service coordination, communication, and operational efficiency.
