Job summary

Siam Karat International Indonesia is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Surabaya to manage end-to-end shipping operations and liaise with vendors and forwarders. You will ensure on-time deliveries, accurate shipping documents, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in shipping operations, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to handle multiple shipments while maintaining cost efficiency and quality service for

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping operations.
Familiar with export/import, sea freight, airfreight, and local port authority regulations.
Excellent communication skills; English literacy (written and verbal) is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate shipment arrangements.
Ensure clients' requirements are fulfilled prior to shipment.
Ensure smooth and on-time deliveries for clients.
Ensure complete shipping documents are submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, forwarders, and shipping agents.
Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
Verify accuracy of invoices, tariffs, and freight charges to ensure cost efficiency.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with customs, port authority, and international trade regulations.
