Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order management within a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales administrative tasks and communication between clients and various internal departments within the group to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Collaborate with the production planning department to confirm production capacity and track the progress of order fulfilment.
• Work with warehousing, logistics, and import/export teams to ensure accurate shipments, complete documentation, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, contracts, price lists, order histories, and product information within SAP or CRM systems, and manage subsequent updates or changes.
• Document customer complaints, returns, and claims, and follow up with the quality department and other relevant teams to ensure they are resolved.
• Provide support for client meetings, factory visits, trade shows, business development activities, and new product launches.
