Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven.
• Adaptable with strong attention to detail when precision is required.
• Preferred: experience in Customer Service, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication for international shipments.
• Coordinate shipments and logistics documentation.
• Utilize Excel and logistics/ERP systems to track orders.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
