Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Human Capital professional to organize end-to-end crew interviews, coordinate promotions, and schedule pre-departure MCU activities with the Medical Center. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in recruitment administration.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field and prefer experience in crewing, Manning, or maritime sectors.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
• Strong candidate selection ability and judgment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing recruitment administration.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end crew interview activities and interview panels.
• Coordinate crew promotion processes and manage crew promotions.
• Schedule and manage crew Medical Check-Ups (MCU) with Medical Center prior to vessel departure.
• Ensure implementation of Environmental, Quality, and OHS Management Systems within the department.
