Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Human Capital/Recruitment professional to join our Jakarta North team. You will organize end-to-end crew interviews, coordinate promotions, and liaise with the Medical Center for MCU prior to vessel departures.

You will also drive compliance with Integrated Management System requirements, participate in safety investigations, and support recruitment administration with strong English communication and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Human Capital or Recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection.
• Prior experience in a Crewing Agency, Manning Agency, or Maritime industry is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized in managing recruitment administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of Environmental, Quality, and OHS Management Systems, including risk identification, documentation, and control within the department.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
