Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment/People Operations professional to manage end-to-end crew interview activities, coordinate crew promotions, and liaise with the Medical Center for MCU prior to vessel departures.

The role requires knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate selection, with preference for maritime or Manning experience, and strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1 year of work experience in Human Capital or Recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection.
• Prior experience in a Crewing Agency, Manning Agency, or Maritime industry is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized in managing recruitment administration.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end crew interview activities and interview panels.
• Coordinate crew promotion processes.
• Liaise with the Medical Center to schedule crew Medical Check-Ups (MCU) prior to vessel departure.
• Ensure the implementation of Integrated Management System, including risk identification and control within the department.
• Foster commitment to understand and adhere to all IMS requirements.
