Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an HRGA Supervisor for a steel manufacturer in Karawang. The role covers daily HR and general affairs operations, with a focus on local worker engagement and compliance with labor regulations.

You will oversee recruitment, attendance, shift and overtime management, plus BPJS administration and related documentation. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Conversational English required.
• At least 3 years of HRGA experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR and General Affairs operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Facilitate communication with local workers and the surrounding community.
• Manage operator recruitment, attendance tracking, shift management, and overtime calculation.
• Handle BPJS Health & Employment administration and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate with management on HRGA matters.
• Maintain HR records and support audits and reporting.
