Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is recruiting for a GA & HSE Assistant Manager in Cikarang for a Japanese food manufacturer. You will oversee General Affairs, facilities, security, and HSE activities, coordinating with authorities and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

The role leads a GA team, manages licenses and budgets, and drives cost efficiency, requiring a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, at least 3 years' experience, business English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related fields is preferred.
• Business level English required.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE/GA experience in foods manufacturing.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations related to GA/HSE and licensing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall General Affairs operations, including facilities, security, cleaning services, canteen, company vehicles, and employee transportation
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract management, negotiation, cost control, and performance evaluation
• Coordinate with government authorities, industrial estate management, local communities, and other external parties
• Manage company licenses, permits, and certifications and coordinate related procedures with authorities
• Oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage GA budgets and company assets while driving operational efficiency and cost improvement
• Lead and supervise the GA team and ensure smooth daily operations through effective problem-solving and coordination
• Other tasks as assigned
