Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruitment, Development) for our manufacturing client in Semarang. You will manage HR admin tasks, drive end-to-end recruitment, and support HR development initiatives to enhance employee capability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree related to HR, high English proficiency, and at least 1 year in HR focusing on recruitment and development. You will handle onboarding and ensure compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Management, or related field.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, especially in Recruitment and HR Development.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, onboarding.
• Support HR development programs: training coordination and needs analysis.
• Maintain and audit employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and employment-related correspondence.
• Support onboarding and other HR processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
