PT Unelec Indonesia (UNINDO) is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead tooling and equipment design, layout, and capacity planning. You will collaborate with senior management to optimize production processes and deliver tooling solutions for growth.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing engineering, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Third-party vendor contract employment is possible, with focus on delivering robust tooling and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (preferably tooling, fixture and equipment design).
• Experience with production line layout, process flows & design improvement.
• Experience in project management, planning, activity follow-up.
• Proficient in English both verbal and written.

Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.

Validate design specifications and shopfloor applications of new products, tools, or equipment.

Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production, quality, and growth requirements.

Evaluate microplanning and production capacity.

Support relevant functions in following up on production disturbances.

Prepare, execute, and monitor CAPEX.

KEY SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (preferably in tooling, fixture and equipment design).

Experience with production line layout, process flows & design improvement.

Experience in project management, planning, activity follow-up.

Experience in AutoCad & MS Office software including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, leadership, and time management are critical for managing teams and reporting to senior management.

Proficient in English both verbal and written.

Non-smoking candidates are preferred.
